We are honored to be the first to post a comment about the Pacific Winds Condos in Lincoln City. We stayed in the Captain's Wheel in December of 2008 for two days and still can't stop talking about that place. We booked it on short notice, but boy did we find a gem! All I can say is this place is the CLEANEST, most comfortable space with the most spectacular views you can find. We would have been perfectly content never leaving the condo the entire stay. The bed was super comfy, there were plenty of towels and toiletries, and the hot tub was the perfect spot to enjoy the winter Pacific storms at night after a long day exploring the city and walking on the beach. The owner was as kind as could be, and we are looking forward to the day we can return. Anyone considering this vacation rental will not be disappointed...I can assure you!
ReplyDeleteWe’ve stayed a few times at the “Shared dreams” unit at the Pacific Winds Condos in Lincoln City. Upon our first stay we stood on the balcony and took in the breath taking view of the beach. We both agreed that there was no restaurant that would come close to the encompassing view of the coast and the romantic setting. The kitchen is a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, Wolf Range, Sub 0 fridge, Sonora IR grill etc….. In short order our next stop was shopping for all the tasty foods and beverages that we like to indulge in. You immediate feel like you at home but with a breath taking view. Looking forward to may return stays.
ReplyDeletePS. There’s a nice little book in the unit that you can share your dreams come true with future guests.

We have stayed two times in the Pacific Rim Retreat condo at Pacific Winds Condos. The first time was in 2008, when I was just beginning my 2nd trimester of my first pregnancy. I was finally getting over morning sickness, so I was able to enjoy the ice cream shop a few blocks away. The only downside was that I couldn't sit in the hot tub fully submerged. The second time we stayed there with our 8 month old son, and I got to enjoy the hot tub that time! Our son slept really well, so we had a very relaxing stay. We had fun swimming with him in the pool. The kitchen is so well stocked, which makes cooking so easy. The beds are incredibly comfortable (and we're used to a posturpedic at home). The view was so beautiful. We enjoyed the tv & gas fire place, along with the games & books in the condo. We can't wait to return!
